Clear it Out- Cleansing

Place your candle in a safe spot and arrange a small circle of the cleansing blend around it.

Before lighting the candle, take a few slow breaths and think about what you are ready to release.

Light the candle and focus on the flame. Imagine anything heavy, stagnant, or no longer serving you leaving your space.

Speak your intention:

“I release what no longer serves me.

I clear away what is not mine to carry.

My space is refreshed.

My energy is renewed.

I make room for what is meant for me.”

When you’re finished, open a window or step outside as a symbol of leaving the old behind.

Clear the old. Make room for the new.
